REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATION

NB! NB! Due to the overwhelming interest and the record number of registered participants, we regret to inform that the conference is now full and we can no longer accept new registrations.

Accommodation

Please note that you will be able to book accommodation at three different congress hotels on the registration form. Reservations of the congress hotel rooms must be made by Thursday 30 April, after this date accommodation will be subject to availability. All congress hotel fees are payable directly to the hotel upon departure. All cancellations or possible changes should be made in writing to esrs09@uwasa.fi. "No-shows" will be charged the full amount.

Registration fees

The registration fee includes the scientific programme, book of abstracts, lunches and coffee mentioned in the program, one optional excursion, City Reception on Monday and the Congress Dinner on Thursday.

Optional social programme on Tuesday and pre and post -congress events may have a small additional fee.

Participants from "low-income, lower-middle-income and upper-middle economies" pay the reduced fee. Participants from "high income countries" pay the full fee. (World Bank country classification table, July 2008). Please see list of economies

Payment should be made in advance by Visa/MasterCard or through bank transfer. Confirmation of participation and a welcome letter will be sent to all participants whose payment has been received until June 30.

Please note that alla presenters of accepted abstracts will be expected to register for the congress at appropriate rate by May 15 or the abstract will not be printed in the abstract book.

Cancellation and refund policy

Notification of cancellation must be sent to esrs2009@uwasa.fi. Cancellations will be accepted untill Tuesday 30 June with a refund of all fees except for an administation fee of 50 euros. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date. NOTE! Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time, just inform us by emailing esrs2009@uwasa.fi
