City reception at the City hall of Vaasa on Monday 17 August and Congress Dinner on Thursday 20 August evening are included in the registration fee. Please indicate on the registration form whether you will take part .

Optional Cultural Programme

Optional cultural Programmes will be arranged on Tuesday 18 August, provided that at least 20 participants/event express interest to participate. The museums are not normally open in the evening and special arrangements will be made to keep them open for the congress participants. More information about the optional programmes will be sent out to all registred congress participants early August.
